Privacy

We collect your name, phone number, delivery address and (if you choose) your map location only to deliver your order and contact you about it. We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the person delivering your order. To have your details removed, message us on WhatsApp.

Orders & payment

Orders placed on this website are confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp or call you. Prices shown are estimates; the final bill is confirmed on WhatsApp. Payment is by cash or UPI on delivery, or by UPI in advance if you choose.

Delivery

We currently deliver only between Benz Circle and Kanuru (Patamata, Auto Nagar, Kamayyathopu, Kanuru and nearby). Morning slot: orders before 9:00 AM, delivered by 11:30 AM. Evening slot: orders before 3:00 PM, delivered 5:00–7:30 PM. Slots may change on holidays or in heavy rain; we will inform you on WhatsApp.

Returns & refunds

If a product arrives leaking, damaged, or not as ordered, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery (with a photo) and we will replace it or refund you. Fresh batters and dough must be reported on the day of delivery. Opened food products cannot be returned for change of mind. Refunds for UPI payments are sent to the same UPI ID within 5–7 working days.

Monthly subscription

Monthly Kitchen Box orders are delivered between the 1st and 7th of each month. You can pause or cancel any time by messaging us on WhatsApp before the 1st.
